Self Catering Accommodation
We try not to be too presciptive on
details, but some basic
terms and conventions have to be observed. In
no particular
order, the following applies. Please feel free to email

telephone us with any questions or concerns you may
have.

The house is generally let from Saturday to
Saturday |
B.
25% of the overall price is to be paid at least one
calendar month before
the holiday is due to
start |
| C.
The remainder to be paid within one week prior to
holiday |
D.
A deposit of £100 is levied and will be returned within
four weeks following
the holiday |
E.
No responsibility is accepted in the event of
loss/theft
of
property |
| F.
Bed linen will not normally be provided (***) See Note |
| G.
No pets
allowed |

*** Exception will be made for visitors from
further
afield than Ireland and
UK. |
